Great post.. I just made a couple changes to improve my blog. Thank you!
Have you had much success changing the permalink option after several blogs are already written? Does wordpress change the blog names automatically? Also, if external sites point to the old blog URL, are those links now broken?

You can install WordPress on almost any hosting account in about 5 minutes.
The first thing you need to do is get a Domain Name and a hosting account, if you don’t have one already, then install WordPress on that domain name.

Here is a video on how easy it is to install WordPress on a cPanel hosting account.

Just starting to blog on healthcare issues. How do I relate wordpress.org generated blog to a http://www.myowndomainname.com.? I don’t want the wordpress extension. Like you have 1cat.biz/
